German court decision forbid to Chinese manufacturer Lenovo to use the word "smartbook" for the naming of its low-cost laptop computers sold in Germany. The prosecution is initiated by Smartbook AG, not only owns the rights to this trademark, but also produces the corresponding line of portable computers.
